This one is very hard to let go of, but if you want to boost your mental health, you need to make some changes. Speaking of that, do you still indulge in tobacco products? What about drinking alcoholic beverages?

If you answered yes to these 2 questions, you should stop immediately. Even though both of these bad habits might make you happy for a short time, they are bad for your mental health in the long run.
