Gardening

Here’s another fantastic idea to bring you and your spouse closer together! Why not grow a garden together in your yard? And you don’t have to stop there. You can also try your han at a container garden for your patio. Don’t worry if neither of you has any experience.

Learning this new skill together as a senior couple is a perfect bonding exercise. Gardening is calming, fun, and stress-reducing. As a senior couple, it’s also a good exercise in teamwork.

It’s the perfect opportunity to work on your communication skills and enjoy the satisfaction of working toward a shared goal.

Plus, a well-tended vegetable garden can produce an abundance of healthy, home-grown food, which brings us to our next hobby. It’s a win-win situation!
