2. “Life is too short to feel this way!”

This is one piece of advice that is so unfair because it can make you feel overwhelmed and even angrier. It is true that you’re not supposed to spend your entire life wondering if something is right or wrong, but sometimes you can’t really control the way you feel. All your feelings are valid, no matter how bad they are. And if you’re getting the proper help when it’s needed, you may start feeling better afterwards.

This way, you will know the difference between bad and good, and you will appreciate your positive state of mind even more!
