4. You experience weird physical symptoms

Abusive behavior in a romantic relationship might trigger anxiety pretty quickly. And this can lead to various physical issues like loss of appetite, insomnia, fatigue, nausea, sudden stomach pain, or even gastritis. A lot of the victims tend to drown themselves in alcohol, seeing this as a way out of their issues.

5. You aren’t able to take decisions on your own

Another alarming sign you are under narcissistic abuse is that you feel numb without any control over your life or decisions. If someone is actively trying to make you feel guilty about everything you do and constantly criticizes you, you will start developing low self-esteem. An abuser will always make you feel like your decisions are worthless and that only they can do the right thing for the relationship.

Unfortunately, after a while, you will slowly start doubting yourself, and you will end up having trouble making decisions.
