It’s normal to feel low-motivated from time to time. In fact, most people will feel this way at some point in their lives. According to mental health experts, a lack of motivation is often a sign that you need to recharge, rest, and re-evaluate how you’re using your energy.

Things have changed. We are now more goal-oriented than we were 50 years ago. That’s one of the reasons why many of us struggle with motivation—we’re constantly striving toward doing things simultaneously, all the time.

That’s why we’ve decided to ask a few mental health experts for some book recommendations.
