1. You have short memory

After a while, it’s something normal to forget things, but when this becomes an every-day issue, it’s definitely a big sign you’re too stressed and you need to start taking things easy. You might be utterly stressed if you’re having trouble focusing or missing things that used to come to you naturally.

In order to assess whether you have too much on your plate and whether you need to significantly cut back, try to pay attention to your thoughts and see if it’s time to stop and allow yourself some time to relax.

Being stressed can happen to everyone, but it’s important to notice these warning signs and, if it’s possible, talk to a therapist. In most cases, they can find a lot of practical solutions that suit you and your situation.
