Keep a journal.

You don’t need to keep everything stored in your brain. Keeping a journal will allow you to download all that inner chatter that’s always interrupting your thought process when trying to get essential things done.

For instance, you can buy this nifty journal from Amazon and write about the following:

  • Plans for achieving an important goal.
  • Things that worry you.
  • Apprehensions about a relationship that’s draining your energy.

Mind-decluttering tip to remember: Our job in life is not to get it right. It’s to get it real!

The most important thing to remember is that mental clutter leads to chaos in our inner world. So, try to live your best life by applying mind-decluttering techniques to your everyday life.
