Talk to them

Talking to your deceased loved one doesn’t make you crazy. Everyone that once experienced such a tremendous loss knows that sometimes you still talk to that person. In fact, it’s something that the majority of grievers do, because it brings a lot of comforts, especially in the moments when you miss them the most. So don’t be ashamed of it and talk away. whether it’s loud or only in your head. It’s a way of maintaining a relationship you had with your loved one.

Write letters to the one you lost

This is either something you can do in a journal, on the computer, or even in actual letters. There’s even an online resource that would make writing easier for you, known as AfterTalk, where you’re able to write privately to your loved ones, by using their interactive writing tools. You can do this on a weekly, monthly, and even annual basis, as long as it makes you feel alright.
