Dealing With Retirement Depression? 7 Tips on How to Overcome It

Last but not least, if nothing else seems to work, you should definitely ask for professional help. Depression is real, and in most cases, it’s treatable! A lot of people are opting for group therapy because this actually helps them be more open but also sociable. If you see others dealing with the same issues or even worse, you may want to connect with them and show them support. This is going to be reciprocal in group therapy.

And if you are worried that you won’t be able to afford it, don’t fret because Medicare Part B covers both individual and group therapy for seniors. Before starting to be anxious again, remember these words: You are not alone!
