6. Changes in appetite
For those who are depressed, hunger and weight can change. Each person’s experience with this could vary. While some people will gain weight due to an increased appetite, others will see weight loss.
If dietary changes are unintentional or intentional, that could be a sign that depression is involved. If they aren’t, depression may be the root of them. If you notice this change in your life, seek medical attention. They will help you find out if it’s only about the food you eat, in which case you might have to make some adjustments along the way, or if there are other things connected to a mental illness.

I can directly identify with the fact that I’m dealing with depression,and have for a long time!
i have been dealing wjth depression for 5 years now, it all started with the damage left behind from cancer, yes i did survive but now i feel like a freak. whos out there to help i cannott find anyone i cant take this much longer
