5 Problems Not Even Therapy Can Solve for You

Therapy isn’t the solution to everything! 

Who would think that therapy doesn’t help you and that you will also need some extra work with yourself? Many people believe that if they pay somebody who is a professional to listen to them and help them understand the root of their issues, this will fix everything magically. Well, bad news! It’s crucial to realize when you need help and when it’s time to see a therapist, but it’s also important to work with yourself outside of therapy sessions with the resources they give you.
