Declutter Your Physical Environment.

Physical clutter can frequently lead to mental chaos. First, clutter bombards the mind with excessive impulses, forcing your brain to work overtime.

Second, physical clutter sends off signals to your brain that there’s always something else that needs to be done, and you should always be on the move, which is mentally exhausting. You’ll realize that your mind is also decluttered once you begin to declutter your physical space.

Mind-decluttering tip to remember: You should make a promise to yourself that you’ll be so strong that nothing can disturb or get in the way of your peace of mind.
