2. You’re not drinking enough water during the day

Did you ever notice that when you’re stressed, you’re thirstier than usual? That means you’re dehydrated. But at the same time, you can’t drink that much water, right? According to various scientists, worry causes your body to produce those stress hormones, overworking and exhausting your adrenal glands.

Aldosterone, a hormone that is produced by the adrenal glands and aids in controlling your body’s fluid and electrolyte levels, is another function of the adrenal glands. So while you’re still trying to hydrate yourself, you will notice that your water intake is smaller than usual, and if this becomes a problem, you might need to tell your doctor about it.
