7. Work Simply by Carson Tate

It’s OK to have some days when you’re not feeling like working. But when these days become routine, you’ve probably lost your motivation. In order to regain motivation, you need to change some things in your behavior and way of thinking.

This motivational book is a step-by-step guide that can help you make work manageable again. According to the author, there are four distinct productivity styles, and the trick is to discover in which you fit. There’s the Visualizer, who has a unique ability to take in the big picture; the Arranger, who thinks about their projects and tasks in terms of the people involved; the Planner, who lives for the details; and the Prioritizer, who is the definition of “goal-oriented”.

In other words, this motivational book will give you tips on how to work smart so you no longer end up feeling overwhelmed again.
