8 Times You Should Say ‘NO’ for a Better Life

1. Toxic people

Sometimes toxic people are hard to “filter.” We don’t really know how to spot them well or how we can avoid them as much as possible. Sometimes it’s about a co-worker, a family member, or even a friend who changed their attitude over the years. But now it’s time to take more time for yourself and the things that make you happier! And no, this is not a motivational speech. Not at all!

How is it possible to refuse toxic people? Spend time with like-minded individuals who will also help you grow as a person. Find a therapist who can guide you away from all the toxic individuals in your life and help you gain control of your life. Because, as we already discussed, it might be difficult to completely avoid contact with these toxic individuals, who may also include some of your family members or coworkers.
All you can do is think about the vibe they give off and how you feel when you’re with them. Be sincere with yourself and make every effort to keep communication to a bare minimum.

Remember that saying no might not be an easy task, but from time to time it is more than necessary!
