Imagine what advice they would offer you when you have to make a tough decision

Big decisions can definitely be a bit overwhelming. If you also loved the one that always gave you the comfort and advice you were needing, it can be even more difficult. However, imagining having a chat with them, what they’d say, and even the advice they might give you might help you maintain that connection, and also make those big life choices a bit easier.

Talk about them with the new people in your life, who never got to know him/her

You’ll make new friends, new acquaintances, and maybe even new family members that didn’t meet your deceased loved one, as they entered your life after the passing of your dear one. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t find ways to tell them about her/him and share some of your favorite stories and photos. This could be a way to keep your loved one’s legacy alive, as you take them with you through life as you move forward.
