And this might not be the cause of too much caffeine! People who experience regular headaches and migraines repeatedly and painfully may not even be aware that these conditions are related, particularly if they are already predisposed to headaches. And your body definitely wants to warn you that if your headaches get worse, you should not be this stressed out!

Be careful, because in some cases, these headaches can be associated with nausea and dizziness! Watch out and be aware of your symptoms, and in case they get really bad, ask your doctor what you can do.
