Avoiding conflict

Most people try to avoid conflict because it’s uncomfortable. But, avoiding it altogether is a subtle relationship issue because it prevents the opportunity to address conflict. When you aren’t handling disputes, you allow negativity to build up and fester.

The significant thing here is to learn how to deal with conflict correctly. Not knowing these skills is a sure way to slowly let your relationship fail.

A healthy idea to help you deal with your emotions and discuss them with your partner is to keep a journal of little notes about things you can work on. Amazon has some fantastic options for you, including this one!

    How do you get out of hopeless marriage that 38’years he comes from a bad family life and he is repeating the pattern
    And will not change and I am 75 and sad
