8 Tips for De-Stressing After a Conflict

1. Don’t start judging

After a big argument or a fight, we tend to be annoyed with the person in front of us and, most probably, judgmental of them. But if none of you try to calm down a bit and let the bad vibes pass, you’ll probably make things worse. It’s not your “job” to judge the other person, especially if you are trying to manipulate the situation and tell them how they should feel about the conflict.

One of the best tips for de-stressing is to let some time pass, and if the other person wants to talk and vent, just listen to them! It may seem surprising, but after an argument, being heard and understood is crucial.
