How to Read People and Decode 5 Body Language Cues

We sometimes presume that if a particular action is performed, like looking down at the floor while talking, it means the person’s body language is giving us anxious or nervous vibes.

But if you’re already acquainted with someone, you’ll know whether or not the person avoids eye contact or is simply relaxing when looking down.

According to a former counterintelligence agent for the FBI, people have different patterns of behavior and quirks, some of which could merely be mannerisms. That’s why creating a baseline of other individuals’ behavior can help you.

If you learn how to identify any deviation from a person’s usual behavior, you’ll know when something’s wrong by a change in their pace, tone, or body language.
