One of the most significant challenges in any relationship, especially when you’re living with your partner, is finding the right balance between the time spent together and that much-needed time alone.

And to make matters worse, after all those decades, it becomes very easy to take each other for granted, so that quality time becomes something lacking in many areas.

The key? Meditation! Among the numerous benefits, this stress-relieving exercise promotes focus and calmness by enabling an “in-the-moment” mindset. So what does this look like when it’s taken up as a hobby for a senior couple?
