According to this book, if you want to change the world, you should start by making your bed in the morning. The author puts forth 10 principles learned from Nay Seal training, an experience that helped him cope with the various challenges he faced throughout his life.

This book is pretty easy to read, and what’s even better about it is that the lessons you’ll find here are presented through personal examples. The author basically recounts tales from his service, giving simple and practical words of encouragement and advice that can inspire you to achieve more in your daily life.
