“Why does it seem so hard to say “NO”? ”

If you are a naturally positive person who likes being nice to others, you may say “yes” a lot of times, even if you don’t really mean it or want to do that thing. And because of that, sometimes you feel overwhelmed and like you can’t accomplish what you initially promised. In order to stay productive, satisfied with what you’re doing, and above all, to avoid or minimize stress as much as possible, it’s important to learn how to say “no” in a healthy and polite way.

Forget about all those times when you felt guilty because you couldn’t finish what you scheduled for the day! Because taking a break and saying “I can’t” or “I have to refuse you” when necessary can mean a lot for you and your mental health. In fact, the world in your eyes will appear different after you start saying no and begin focusing on yourself in the first place.

Remember, if all the successful people allow themselves to say “no,” you can too! Are you ready to learn how to say no more often this year?
