Gut Feelings: Are They Reliable? And Here Are 5 You Should NEVER Ignore

Dreams affirm your gut instincts

When we sleep, our ego stops dictating. We enter into a higher altered state of consciousness. During this span, dreams construct different scenarios for us. Some serve as a means to reveal the chaos of the waking moments and are full of fears and anxiety.

In contrast, others are messages from our instincts or “gut feelings.” Before going to sleep, write down the answers you might be looking for.

Be sure to take a few deep breaths and release them before snoozing off. Allow your body to rest and adjust to your bed. Most times, dreams will emerge as masked symbols.
