7. They think your house is pretty…dirty and you’d probably need to take better care of it

If you’re a bit lazy and you don’t like to take out the trash regularly or you don’t mow your lawn as often as it should, don’t be surprised if your neighbor secretly despises you! Because, believe it or not, it’s very important to take care of your property space, first of all for yourself but also out of respect for the community and neighbors.

Unless it’s super annoying, don’t expect somebody to tell you this straight to your face! That’s been said; this is another thing your neighbor is hiding from you.

8. They dislike your pets

Another surprising thing your neighbor is hiding from you is the fact that they dislike your pet. While you may think it’s cute because it’s yours, others may beg to differ. Don’t expect that everyone will want to pet your dog or cat while you’re out on a stroll with them.

If you do, your neighbor could play along and appease you while never coming clean about how they feel about you and your pet.
