Keep photos of that person in your proximity

While it seems obvious, there are some people out there who might want to make you feel bad about keeping photos. By deciding to keep photos around, you maintain the connection with your loved one. Besides, it helps us remember all the ways in which someone still has an influence on our lives.

Remember your loved one on special occasions and events

You can have a chat with your family and talk about the ways in which you could involve your loved one’s memory at a special event. You’ll definitely be thinking of them on these special occasions, so there’s really no reason to hide it, especially if you want to find a way to keep your loved one’s memory as active as possible in the minds of all the members of the family.
