If someone says something to you that’s not good or insults you in front of others, how many days will it take you to forget? We all proudly say, “I’ll never forget this. I will keep it for the rest of my life.” Well, that creates trouble, hatred, pain, and anger.

You can’t hold love and hate, negative and positive thoughts together in your mind. There’s something worse than having a cluttered workspace or home, and that’s having a cluttered mind. A confused mind is unfocused and restless.

It tries to move in many directions at once, resulting in chaos in the mind. Mental clutter can include any of the following: ruminating about the past; worrying about the future; keeping a mental to-do list; complaints; and many other things.

Luckily, you can use some mind-decluttering tips to clean out some space in your head. When your thoughts distract you from being present or keeping you up at night, it’s time to consider decluttering on the inside.
