1. Your partner is jealous

Jealousy is a complex emotion that usually manifests as an obsessive sense of suspicion that your loved one is not faithful. It can often lead to rage, fear, a feeling of not being important, and humiliation. The jealous lover will never have peace and will always be suspicious of their partner.

According to experts, this emotion is natural, and it tends to appear in many of our relationships, from romantic ones to friendships. The best thing to do when you have a jealous partner is to talk to them about what is going on. The feelings of jealousy should not be suppressed, as they can lead to other problems.

But if your loved one is always upset when you go out with your friends or spend time with your family, this is a red flag. If they are controlling and have fits of rage every time you choose to spend time with someone else, they might be a control freak.
