1. Atomic Habits by James Clear

Written by one of the world’s top experts on habit formation, “Atomic Habits” talks about the latest research on the psychology behind developing healthy, sustainable habits. This motivational book also contains some actionable advice, pointing out that it’s important to start with small changes rather than drastic ones.

The author’s message is pretty simple: start with small, achievable changes in order to make lasting changes. He also explains why habits are built (or not built) and how to resist old habits. While this motivational book may be theory-heavy here and there, overall it’s easy to read. You can find it here if you want to read it!
