Physical ailments

Refusing to pay attention to our gut can sometimes give us physical issues with our bodies. Our emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies are one. Physical problems appear when we’re out of balance with all three. Experts say, “Every thought we think is creating our future.”

When we go against our gut feelings, we can end up paying the price for our bodies. This avoidance can appear in diseases, illnesses, or even something as simple as spraining an ankle. Your higher self will try to speak in many forms to grab your attention.

If you follow your gut feelings, it will never lead you astray. Your body will always let you know what’s happening. Take the time you need to connect with your guidance. We might be so busy trying to accomplish things at times that we forget the toll it takes on our bodies.

For instance, shallow breathing or having chest pains may be an opportunity to take a break and connect with yourself. What issues in your life are affecting you in this way? These are warning signals from the universe and shouldn’t be ignored.

Remain open to your instinctive nature. Look for alerts while letting go of old patterns of trying to control everything. We’re all given gifts from the universe. These little “inklings” allow you to stay on track.

Continue committing to the present moment and be open-minded to all your higher self tries to tell you. When you detach from the ego-driven mentality, you’ll know what’s best for you.
