1. You’re not an early bird

When do you prefer to go to sleep? 10 p.m. or 3 a.m.? Have you ever thought that the time you prefer to wake up is correlated with your intelligence?

If you like to wake up early, this is a good sign. According to the Wall Street Journal, 4 a.m. is the most productive hour of the day. This sounds wonderful, but what can this tell about you if you go to sleep at 4 a.m.? Are you less productive?

You don’t have to worry about it. If you are a night owl, research has shown that you are more alert than most people. And if you feel like you are more productive during the night, this also shows that you are more intelligent. Also, there is a higher chance that you have a better-paying job and a higher income than those who prefer waking up early.

Now that you know about this, please don’t force yourself to wake up later than usual or earlier. The trick here is to wake up whenever you feel most productive and comfortable.

Do you think that you’re always right? Click next and find out what this says about you!
