4. You’re nervous and agitated

Are you feeling a little tense lately, but you don’t know exactly why? When you’re feeling stressed, you will also be a little irritable and a bit aggressive with people around you. As a result of the close connection between stress and fear, when our bodies are under stress, our minds respond by entering “survival mode.” And too much time spent in “fight or flight mode” can make our feelings, particularly negative ones, more intense.

So if you notice that you’re more agitated or angry than usual, try to find the root of the problem and ask yourself a couple of questions: “What am I doing?” , “Why am I feeling like this?” or “What’s wrong with me?” These will help you determine what’s wrong and why you’re stressed. If none of these work, then you can ask for professional help.
