Letting yourself go

As time goes on, many couples get a bit too comfortable. This subtle relationship issue slowly and silently leads to a lack of attraction and passion. But we’re not talking about physical traits, where one or both partners gains weight or becomes overall unhealthy.

The fact is, couples can also let themselves go by stopping character development and self-improvement. For instance, people lose their spirited natures and become low-energy or uptight.

Obviously, life events like having a child or falling ill can cause people to give their passions a backseat. But it’s never too late to try to recharge yourself if you’ve fallen into a slump.
