3. You have the feeling that something is “off”

There are moments when you have a deep feeling in your gut that something is not right. Usually, having a feeling like this can make you tired and upset.

There are different ways people describe how they are feeling “off”. It can manifest as a lack of energy, boredom, lack of motivation, or in this case, simply as having the feeling that things are going to change, but not in a way that will make you happy.

The best thing to do in a situation like this is to pay attention to all the signs that maybe something is not right and to talk to your partner about it.
